In his quest for excellence, our Cellar Master occasionally sets his sights on some exceptional casks from legendary Caribbean distilleries such as Long Pond in Jamaica or Diamond in Guyana… Each year, these exclusive rums are bottled under the watchful eye of our Cellar Master, making these expressions true treasure.

Each rum, chosen for its personality and history, is bottled at full proof in “Single Cask”. Each bottle is then numbered, cask by cask.
Throughout the years the Single Cask range has been rewarded by the most renowned competitions.
